There is a flight of stairs to go to 2nd level and a flight off the back deck.

We are near a gas station and the casino, and there is a separate unit on site.

Surveillance or Recording Devices

There are 3 video/audio recording devices located only on exterior of building. There are 2 cameras on front of home, one facing Studio entry door and another facing archway entry doors. There is another camera facing back laundry room door, deck stairway and hot tub. They are motion activated.

Dangerous Animals

We are in the Hiawatha National Forest, so there is always the potential for wild animals such as bears, wolves, coyotes, fox, squirrels, mice, bats, moose, etc. We do have regular pest control services, there still could be flies, mosquitoes, mice, spiders and other insects that make their way in.

Pool or Jacuzzi with Fence, Gate, or Lock

The hot tub only has simple plastic locks to hold lid in place.
