Potential for Noise

We are near the gas station and casino, and there are 2 other units on the same site. You also will hear if there are any guests staying above you because this is the lower unit and not sound proofed.

Shared Spaces

All 3 units shared the parking areas, outdoor areas and hot tub. The laundry room is shared with the upper level, but the door locks so they are unable to enter your living space if it is locked.

Surveillance or Recording Devices

There are video/audio recording devices located only on exterior of building. There are 2 cameras on front of home, one facing Studio entry door and another facing archway entry doors. There is another camera facing back laundry room door, deck stairway and hot tub. They are motion activated.

Dangerous Animals

We are in the Hiawatha National Forest, so there is always the potential for wild animals such as bears, wolves, coyotes, fox, squirrels, mice, bats, moose, etc. We do have regular pest control services, there still could be flies, mosquitoes, mice, spiders and other insects that make their way in.

Pool or Jacuzzi with Fence, Gate, or Lock

The hot tub only has simple, plastic locks to hold lid in place.
