Must Climb Stairs

Home requires 4-5 steps to enter and there is a flight of stairs with a gate at the top to get to basement.

Surveillance or Recording Devices

There is a motion activated audio/video surveillance camera on the front porch facing front doors and driveway. It is always on.

Dangerous Animals

We are in the Hiawatha National Forest, so there is always the potential for wild animals such as bears, wolves, coyotes, fox, squirrels, mice, bats, moose, etc. We do have regular pest control services, there still could be flies, mosquitoes, mice, spiders and other insects that make their way in.
