Potential for Noise

Potential noise from other units onsite, but there are no units above the Studio, only next door to it.

Shared Spaces

Shared spaces includes the driveways for parking as well as the front and backyard.

Surveillance or Recording Devices

There are 3 24/7 video/audio recording devices located only on exterior of building. There are 2 cameras on front of home, one facing Studio entry door and another facing archway entry doors. There is another camera facing back laundry room door, deck stairway and hot tub. They are motion activated.

Dangerous Animals

We are in the Hiawatha National Forest, so there is always the potential for wild animals such as bears, wolves, coyotes, fox, squirrels, mice, bats, moose, etc. We do have regular pest control services, there still could be flies, mosquitoes, mice, spiders and other insects that make their way in.

Pool or Jacuzzi with Fence, Gate, or Lock

There is a hot tub outside at the adjacent building and there is not a lock or fence around it, so please be watchful with young ones. There is not access to the hot tub for Studio guests unless they are renting the whole tri-plex.
